弗莱明戈别墅导示设计
弗莱明戈所有独栋、又拼小洋楼外立面均按照别墅设计的手法，就每一栋做整体立面设计，从而做到了每一栋建筑均拥有自己的特色，都和别的建筑有所差异，可以说“在弗莱明戈，你找不到两栋完全一样的建筑”---从而彻底地改变了传统花园洋房重复再重复、一成不变的单调外立面。
居住在弗莱明戈的主人会有一个统一的导向和指引系统，带领他们穿过西班牙式的建筑群落—San Gimignano、San Miniato、Pontremoli、Volterra般的园林规划。依照“不要牌子“的理念，设计中采用不同形式与安装方式相结合。方案选择了具有古典特征的形式以及一些传统的材料，指示系统巧妙分布于地形中，并且包含多个方向的道路指引，标示出了所有可以找到的地方。
Flamenco Villa is a complex of apartments and houses, where every building and apartment has the same style and appearance. What makes Flamenco Villa special, is that the architects added an individual note to each building. In Flamenco Villa you cannot find two buildings that are absolutely alike. The architects successfully set Flamenco Villa apart from the traditional villas, that always repeat themselves.
For the residents of Flamenco Villa we provided a well-structured signage system. The different areas in the Spanish building complex are named San Gimignano, San Miniato, Pontrenoli and Volterra. Different landscapes help to identify the different areas. We introduced a new concept of signage by avoiding plates and sign boards. We chose matching materials that fit in the different landscapes. To make our signage system complete, we also designed a concise road map.
